of children who have been sexually or physically abused. Here are just a few of the

NEST– is priceless.
Recovery is possible when we all work together.
The NEST does not work alone. We have a multitude of partners including law
enforcement, prosecution, judicial, human service, medical, and mental health
professionals. This team approach allows us to keep abuse investigations child-
focused from start to finish, minimizing the trauma to children and their non-offending
caregivers.

- $12 a month in 2012 allows a child to be forensically interviewed at The NEST,
sparing him or her the trauma of multiple interviews.
- $25 a month in 2012 will permit a teen victim to attend an 8-week educational
support group, where she or he will receive comfort, knowledge, and
empowerment.
- $50 a month in 2012 gives a child eight (8) individual counseling sessions with a
licensed mental health therapist.
